OC STUDIOS BOOKING POLICY

We now have this booking policy to protect ourselves and the students and clients visiting.We can rearrange your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment, unfortunately anything less than 48 hours does not give us enough time to fill the appointment. Any appointments cancelled between 24-48 hours will be charged 50%, any cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 100%. No future appointments with anyone will be booked in the academy until the balance is paid. Late appointments. If you are late for your appointment by 20 minutes or more and we can’t do the treatment this will also be classed as a cancellation and the appointment will have to be paid in full.

Samantha Costello

Samantha is our Advanced skin and aesthetics practitioner and educator with over 6 years experience in the industry.

Samantha is changing how training is delivered and introducing extensive theory and practical sessions and not just the average one day for all courses.

Maria Mosettig

Maria is our Nurse prescriber and advanced skin and aesthetics practitioner. Maria has years and years of medical experience that she brings to the table ensuring ultimate safety and correct procedure at all times.

Nicole Lewis

Nicole is our our amazing nail technician and is BRAND NEW to this industry. She has jumped in and is already an unstoppable force in the nail industry

Jade Mc Roberts

Jade is our advanced beauty therapist and specialises in lashes and brows she is not new to the industry but after taking time off to expand her family she is BACK!!!
